In the latest generation of the successful Exceler LT series, DAIWA was able to make this series stronger and lighter than ever before by using the new Zaion V material. The extremely torsion-resistant Zaion V material offers enormously improved torsion resistance while reducing weight. The gear is permanently torsion-resistant in the reel body and ensures optimal, silky smooth running. The LT construction in combination with the Tough Digigear gear improves the retrieving power and power transmission and increases durability. The ATD brake ensures that the brake starts without delay and offers enormous braking power. The Longcast ABS spool made of Air Aluminum with an optimized casting edge reduces friction when casting and ensures better casting distances. The aluminum crank is screwed directly onto the reel body.
